Conditions and findings
Record the condition of each item first, then add the finding that explains it.
On the phone, each item’s condition is Good, Needs Attention, Deficient or Unable to inspect. Until a condition is set, Details reads Complete condition first. Then add findings under Findings, each with a description, a finding type and a location.
Items are set up in Inspection Items. The inspection itself is recorded in Inspection.
