Start the inspection

Start an inspection from one of your templates. Starting one needs a connection, because the new inspection is created on the server at once and is not held on the phone.

Walk the inspection

Work through the inspection by section, then area, then item. At each item, set its condition, then add its findings and its photos and videos.

Findings and photos

A finding takes photos and video on the phone, and the phone adds, edits and removes findings. A finding is added with a description, a finding type and a location. Photos and videos attach to the item too, and the item shows their upload progress while they send.

Publish and share

Publish the report from the phone. The app does not publish an inspection while changes to it are waiting to send, sending, or failed to send.

Share the published report by link or by email, one method at a time. Sharing by email turns off the report link. Email goes to up to ten recipients and needs an internet connection.

What needs the web

The phone chooses a template and does not make one. Build a template on the web in the Create Template modal, from scratch or from an existing template.

Users and billing are on the web. Add, edit or delete users there, and manage the billing plan, seats and invoices.
