# TREC REI 7-6 inspection report form

The Texas Real Estate Commission's Property Inspection Report, REI 7-6, is the form Texas inspectors complete for a home inspection.

## What the sample shows

The sample is one inspection’s entries on page 3 of the form, the Structural Systems section. It fills rows A to D: foundations, grading, roof covering, and roof structures and attics. Each row has boxes for its condition and comment boxes for what the inspector found.

## Fill in the form

Open the file in a PDF reader and complete its fields. An inspector may reproduce the information in REI 7-6 using technology tools, but it must be reproduced exactly as it appears on the form.
