# Refund policy.

This policy covers paid InspectDay plans billed through Stripe.

## 1. Refund window

If InspectDay is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge, on any paid plan.

## 2. Cancelling after the refund window

After those 14 days, you can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial billing periods, and quarterly and yearly plans are not refunded pro rata when cancelled.

## 3. How to request a refund

Email [team@inspectday.com](mailto:team@inspectday.com) from the account owner's email address. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.

## 4. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have.

## 5. Who handles refunds

Refunds under this policy are handled by MakerStudio Software LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, as set out in our [Terms of Service](/terms/).
