# Recommended Actions

Keep reusable recommended actions to add to your inspections.

In the menu: **Library** › **Recommended Actions**

To add a recommended action:

1. Click **Add Action**.
2. Choose a **Category**.
3. Set **High Priority**.
4. Choose an **Action Type**: **Maintain**, **Replace**, **Clean**, **Consult Specialist** or **Other**.
5. Enter a **Description**.
6. Click **Create**.
