# Publish

Publish an inspection's report, so it can be shared by email or link.

In the menu: **Inspections**

To publish a report:

1. On the inspection’s details page, click **Publish**.
2. In **Publish Inspection?**, check the **Report Title**. It starts as the inspection’s report title.
3. Click **Publish**.

Limits

<dd>The report is finalised. Published inspections are read-only.</dd></dl>
