# Preferences

Choose what your team can use from the library, and whether inspectors can create inspections.

In the menu: **Organization** › **Preferences**

Switch each option on or off:

1. **Access public inspection templates from library**
2. **Access public inspection items from library**
3. **Inspectors can create inspections**

Each switch saves when you change it.
