# Findings Library

Keep the findings you use often, ready to add to your inspections.

In the menu: **Library** › **Findings Library**

To add a finding:

1. Click **Add Finding**.
2. Choose a **Category**.
3. Choose a **Finding Type**: **Positive**, **Concern**, **Defect**, **Major Defect** or **Material Defect**.
4. Enter a **Description**.
5. Click **Create**.
